  • Professional advisers — legal and accounting professionals where necessary.
  • Authorities — where required by law, regulation, or valid legal request.

5. Data retention

We keep account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, tax, or accounting purposes. Billing records held by Paddle are retained according to Paddle's policies.

7. International transfers

Our service providers may process personal data in the United States and the European Economic Area. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions to safeguard it.

8. Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls, and audit logs. No system is perfectly secure; please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
