We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on QuickFooting Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
All refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and locate your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Contact us through the site and we'll forward your refund request to Paddle on your behalf.
Refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Cancellation
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account page or through the Paddle customer portal. After cancellation, you keep access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period; you will not be charged again.
After the 30-day window
Subscription renewals outside the 30-day window are generally non-refundable, but we'll consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you believe your situation warrants a review.
